I’m Andrey Sergeyev — an executive mentor, strategic advisor, entrepreneur and international speaker.
For 25+ years, as a CEO, C-level executive, and advisor, I’ve helped build, lead, and scale multi-million-dollar businesses — driving digital and e-commerce growth — across Europe, Russia, USA, and the Middle East, through pressure, uncertainty, and two burnouts.
Most people like you land here because you sense something isn’t fully aligned — in how you lead, how you work, or how you’re spending the years you have. You want your days to add up to something, not just get through them.
I’ve spent my career chasing outstanding results — and twice, I burned out in the process. Both times, the lesson was the same: the answer was never more. It was deciding what actually mattered, and building my leadership, my business, and my life around that, on purpose.
“Your time is your life. Don’t waste either of them.”
That belief is where the name Timewiser comes from. It also became my passion in life — to inspire and equip people, especially leaders, to find clarity, focus on what matters, and achieve meaningful results in life and business.
How my writing will help you
Every week, I write about three things — because I’ve come to believe they’re really one thing, seen from different angles:
- Leadership — becoming a more effective leader — character, mindset, action.
- Focused action — executing and protecting your highest priorities daily.
- Meaningful life — building a life shaped by purpose, impact, and long-term legacy.
This is about a place to pause and ask the questions that get crowded out by the urgent ones — and a reminder, from someone who’s actually lived the mistakes, not just studied them, that the exhaustion you might be feeling isn’t a personal failure. It’s usually a focus problem, and focus problems have a way out.
Read enough of what I write, and I hope you’ll walk away each week a little clearer on what actually matters to you, and a little more willing to build your calendar, your team, and your life around that answer, instead of everyone else’s expectations.
I’m also a husband and father of three. Leading well at work and being present at home have never been separate challenges for me. They’re the same discipline, in two different forms.
If something here helps, share it with someone who needs it. If you want to talk directly, reach out — I’d love to hear from you.
Have a meaningful day!
Cheers, Andrey Sergeyev
